What is Hypnotherapy ?
Hypnotherapy is a psychotherapeutic tool that helps you regain control over parts of your life that feel out of control. Often, these areas are difficult to change because the patterns have been stored in your subconscious — for example, habits, fears, or self-doubts formed early in life. Hypnotherapy works by guiding you into a state of focused attention, similar to a daydream, where your conscious mind relaxes and the unconscious mind becomes more accessible. In this state, you can explore, understand, and gently reframe these patterns, allowing real and lasting change to happen naturally.

🌿 During the session, hypnotherapy is a relaxed yet alert state — a bit like daydreaming — where your attention becomes more focused. You remain in control at all times. I will guide you with calming words, relaxation techniques, and imagery designed to help you access and develop your inner resources and help you to create new positive automatic ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Many clients describe this as deeply soothing and restorative experience.
🌿 Tools and techniques - In addition to the hypnotherapy itself, I offer clients practical tools and techniques they can use between sessions. These are designed to help alleviate symptoms, calm the mind and body, and build resilience in everyday life. The aim is not just short-term relief, but lasting change that you can carry forward.
