Hypnotherapy isn’t just for those wanting to make difficult changes. Hypnotherapy generates deep relaxation and can increase feelings of happiness, confidence, kindness and motivation – leaving you feeling mentally refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.
You can choose from a range of preventative therapies to help you alleviate day to day stress and worry and to maintain a positive healthy mental attitude.
These short sessions (30 mins) work as emotional boosters allowing clients to enjoy the deep physical relaxation hypnotherapy creates whilst focusing their mind on one of the following areas. Two HypnoSpa therapies can be combined into one session (60 mins) if requested.
Complete Relaxation
This session focuses on relaxing every muscle in the body and the mind. Enjoying letting go of all the general troubles and worries of day to day life and allowing your mind and body to experience deep euphoric relaxation.
Confidence Boost
Imagine you could have all the confidence you need. This session uses your imagination to remember past successes to boost confidence and to generate new feelings of confidence, leaving you more self assured and confident about who you are and your abilities to do the things you want and need to do.
Stress Busting
This session teaches you to tense and then relax each muscle group in your body leaving your body feeling stress free. It further allows your mind to let go of all those work, family, money issues leaving you to enjoy a calm body and mind.
Motivate and EnergiseNeed motivation to get the gym or to get things done? These session will motivate you to feel you have all the energy you need to do the things you know you need to.
Float Away Worries
During this session you will be able to feel all your unnecessary ruminations float away - what you did or didn't do in the past, what you might or might not do, what if..... This allows you to just enjoy the experience of being happy in the present moment. This technique will also be something you can practice on your own outside of the session to let go of worries.
Release Negative Thoughts
During this session you will practice monitoring, managing and letting go of negative thoughts that often lead to negative feelings and behaviour. You will learn for yourself a technique to use on your own outside of the session.
Positive Future
Our life is shaped by the way we think and feel about ourselves, our capabilites and our expecations of what it will be like. If we take time to think about our goals and rehearse them, we are much more likely to ensure that our thoughts and actions are taking us on the path toward those goals. This session enables you to rehearse specific future goals or simply enjoy rehearsing future happiness.
Compassion for you
Many of us can go through life being very hard on ourselves, "we should have done this", "should have said that" or "if only we were ...." etc. This session is a chance to experience great compassion and kindness toward you, leaving you feeling more self assured and happy with you just the way you are.
Dealing with difficult people
Perhaps you have to deal with a difficult person on a daily basis, say a colleage or family member. You want their behaviour not to upset you but this can be difficult to achieve. You cannot change them, so why not think about changing how you react to them.
Happiness Booster
Think of a time when you were the happiest you have ever been. Where were you? Who was there? What did the happiness feel like? During this session you can remember just how it felt in that wonderful memory and bring it into the present moment allowing you to enjoy it for the rest of the day feeling happy and looking on the bright side of life all day!
