Boost Emotional Wellbeing Meditations

Virtual group meditation sessions (for employees) where you can learn and experience the benefits of deep meditation together with learning "take-away" techniques (based on CBT, NLP, mindfulness, visualisation, self-hypnosis) to learn how to manage your emotional response to life's difficulties.

Meditation increases calm and reduces symptoms of stress and anxiety. 

​Attendees feel more resilient and happier after every session.


Below is an outline of a four part programme that I have created after many year's providing wellbeing workshops with corporate organisations.

These sessions are run virtually (50 mins) and can have any number of attendees and each part is £90. 

Part 1: Total physical and mental relaxation and a peaceful mind

  • Calming Breathing 
  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation 
Guided Meditation  
Focus on breath, Forest/Meadow 
 
Part 2: Boost mood, confidence and compassion for self

  • Quick Gratitude Exercise 
  • Compassion for self and others 

Guided Meditation  
Focus on breath, followed by experiencing an empowering journey to a waterfall.
 
Part 3: Ease anxiety, reduce stress and increase relaxation 
Takeaway Tools 
  • Identify and Challenge Anxious/Negative Thinking 
  • Let go of Anxious/Negative Thinking 

Guided Meditation  
Focus on breath, followed by letting go of worries at a tropical beach. 
 
Part 4: Increase inner strength, resilience and healing 
Takeaway Tools 
  • Hand on heart technique 
  • Affirmations

Guided Meditation  
Focus on breath, followed by a visit to the healing well and garden.
