I’m Verity Goodfellow, a wellbeing therapist with over 12 years of experience,
dedicated to helping individuals make meaningful and positive changes in
their lives. My specialisms are anxiety and phobias.
With a background in corporate project management and experience as a mother
of three, I bring a deep understanding of resilience, adaptability, and the
challenges of balancing professional and personal responsibilities and return
to work transitions.
Additionally having overcome PTSD following a marine disaster, I offer
personal insight into understanding and overcoming trauma.
My approach
My client-centred approach honours each person's uniqueness, providing
confidential, non-judgmental support. I focus on understanding their
experiences and challenges while helping them develop healthier thought patterns,
behaviours, and strategies to achieve their goals. I also believe in empowering
clients with practical skills they can take away and use to manage their
well-being beyond our sessions.

I work from clinics in Woodford, Buckhurst Hill and Loughton where I provide therapy in-clinic or remotely, along with customised corporate well-being programs, which can be delivered both on-site and remotely. These programs include one-to-one sessions and group workshops (corporate references available upon request).
