Learn quick techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, including tips to stop rumination and challenge negative thinking. Experience deep relaxation and leave with a toolkit to manage your well-being and maintain a positive, calm mindset.

How to sleep well and why its important  - 1.5 Hours

Breath and Birth - Hypnobirthing Basics - 2 hours (with break)

Return to work Circle - 1.5 hours

For those about to return to, or having returned (no time limit) connecting with peers, sharing experiences and identifying personal experiences.  Through thoughtful exercises, you'll explore setting healthy boundaries, creating realistic self-care routines, and letting go of guilt—supporting a smoother, more self-compassionate transition.
