Wellbeing workshops

 Short 30 to 6- minute workshops.  Designed to improve the health and wellbeing of employees, by teaching techniques and strategies for increasing feelings of calm, control and decreasing feelings of stress, tension and worry.  These sessions are both relaxing and resilience building.

Learn techniques and strategies to reduce symptoms of stress and increase feelings of relaxation and control.  This includes learning:
  • How to identify causes and symptoms of your stress
  • Breathing technique to calm the mind and body
  • Progressive muscle relaxation to release tension held in the body
  • Visualisations of calm
  • Positive affirmations

Learn self-hypnosis to train your mind and body to feel relaxed and in control when speaking in public.  Skills learned will include:
  • Self-Hypnosis (to be practiced regularly prior to speaking)
  • Breathing exercise (for relaxation just before speaking)
  • Calm anchor (to automatically increase calm when speaking)
  • Positive affirmations

Learn self-hypnosis to train your mind and body to relax , let go of thoughts and drift into deep sleep.  Skills learned will include:

  • Basics of sleep hygiene
  • Self-Hypnosis (to be used nightly) to reduce rumination, increase physical relaxation and trigger sleep
